You were very flexible about checkout
The lodge was an older hotel with old facilities. It has food service available for bar food, but not regular dining. The burgers and wings were good as well as the fries. Breakfast was an extra cost and was very meager and substandard, food undercooked and cold. Wait staff was very good, however , and tried to make the best of it. Desk staff was not very well trained, but were friendly.
The location was very good. The room was reasonably large, clean and confortable. The view was great. The parking was free with no hassles. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and hottube. I would definitely stay there again.
Needs to re-design the interior of the hotel , It is looking old
I only stayed one evening as this was a business trip. However, I was very pleased with how quiet the accommodations were.
The location, verry close to the gondolas
Just the beds, a little unconforable.
It was a relaxing, quiet Fall Get a Way. I would definately stay at The Evergreen Lodge the next time I visit Vail. I liked being able to walk to shops and restaurants or riding the free bus.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and the parking was great.
Friendly staff that were helpful
Mattress was a bit firm. Hotel in need of some cosmetic repairs. Ski room was a bit dodgy.
Vail offers free shuttle service. So any hotel might be well located. It has a nice hot tub and swimming pool. The gym was very basic but enough to not loose your rythm. The room was spacious. Comparing with other rates in Vail definitely good value.
When I asked for an extension it was not possible. The next morning (different person) it was possible in a very kind and helpful way. Better ask twice ;)
Proximity to Vail Village.
They overcharged me by $120 and have been slow to refund me,.
Friendly helpful staff.
Rooms were warm and stuffy. Too noisy to leave windows open all night.
Decent size room and bathroom, Not worth paying extra for mountain view room-rip off; we saw the back of a medical office building
No air conditioning and limited eating choices in hotel and close by. Poor parking and limited handicapped
nice location for hospital visit
no air conditioning!
The location is prime, and the cost, compared to other hotels nearby is affordable.
The shower was cold, we called to get it fixed and they said to "let it run for 5 to 10 minutes"...... I find that unacceptable.
